In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I process your personal information based on your consent.

The personal details you provide via forms on this website or through email are collected and used to offer you services, such as arranging appointments and ensuring your safety during counselling sessions. All personal data is stored securely and treated as confidential. I will never sell or share your information with third parties, nor will I contact you for purposes unrelated to the services I provide. If you receive services from me, I will retain your records for 5 years from the date of your last session, as required by my insurance policy.

While I take reasonable measures to safeguard your information, certain digital services provided by third-party providers (such as website hosting, phone, email, and video-conferencing platforms) are beyond my control. Therefore, I cannot be held responsible for any data breaches caused by these third parties.

You have the following rights regarding the personal data I hold about you:
