Counselling is a talking therapy that can help you address a wide range of concerns and challenges, empowering you to lead a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

As a counselor, it is important to clarify that my role is not to provide advice or tell you what to do. Rather, I am committed to serving as a supportive companion on your journey of self-discovery and exploration.


MY APPROACH

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals, strengths, and areas for growth. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-exploration, empowering you to make positive changes and live a more fulfilling life.

Life is a journey filled with seasons of growth, change, and transformation. Just like flowers that lose their leaves in one season, we too may experience moments of uncertainty, challenge, and loss. However, it's important to remember that everything in life is cyclical, and within every cycle lies the potential for renewal, healing, and growth.

Together, we will explore the cycles of your life, uncovering the seeds of potential and resilience within you. Through therapy, you can cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, heal from past wounds, and embrace the beauty of your own growth journey.

MY SERVICES

REMOTE/FACE TO FACE SESSIONS

I currently offer therapy sessions remotely, on evenings and weekends.
Face to Face sessions only on Monday evenings.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted in a designated space to ensure confidentiality.

SESSION LENGTH

SESSION LANGUAGE

I offer the sessions both in English and in Spanish.

£50 per session, paid for by BACS at least 24h in advance.

FEES

I offer an open-ended approach which means that we will review your process regularly to decide together how many sessions you would require according to your needs.

OPEN ENDED APPROACH

CANCELLATION POLICY

I request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance should you need to cancel a scheduled session.

I offer a free 30-minute telephone or video call conversation designed to facilitate an initial connection and mutual exploration. This session serves as an opportunity for us to engage in a conversation, allowing us to assess whether counseling aligns with your needs.

Moreover, it provides you with the chance to determine if I am the right counsellor for you, ensuring a comfortable and conducive therapeutic relationship. Through this initial consultation, we can collaboratively evaluate the suitability of counselling as a supportive avenue for your journey towards personal growth and well-being.
